Credit Risk Management Agreement definition

Credit Risk Management Agreement. The respective agreements between the Credit Risk Manager and the Servicer and/or Master Servicer regarding the loss mitigation and advisory services to be provided by the Credit Risk Manager.

Credit Risk Management Agreement. Each credit risk management agreement dated as of the Closing Date, entered into by a Servicer and the Credit Risk Manager, identified on Exhibit M attached hereto. • The Credit Risk Manager and any director, officer, employee, or agent of the Credit Risk Manager may rely in good faith on any document of any kind prima facie properly executed and submitted by any Person respecting any matters arising hereunder, and may rely in good faith upon the accuracy of information furnished by the Servicer pursuant to the Credit Risk Management Agreement in the performance of its duties thereunder and hereunder.
