Credit B definition

Credit B means the principal amount as specified in Clause 2.1 already disbursed and/or still to be disbursed as the context requires and shall include each of Tranche 3 and Tranche 4 Credit or Credits means the aggregate principal amount as specified in Clause 2.1 already disbursed and/or still to be disbursed as the context requires and “Credits” shall include Credit A and Credit B Credit Agreement means this agreement
Credit B means the portion of the Credit which is subject to the Association’s regular lending terms for the Recipient and is referred to in Section 2.01 (b) of this Agreement.
Credit B has the meaning given to it in Article 2.1(b) (Amount of Credit).

Examples of Credit B in a sentence

  • Credit B would be extended for the purpose of purchasing or car- rying margin stock (purpose credit), without collateral or on collateral other than stock.

  • Each tranche under Credit A and Credit B must be repaid within six years from the date on which the tranche is disbursed.

More Definitions of Credit B

Credit B means the credit in the amount referenced in Section 2.01(b) of this Agreement (Credit number 7440-UZ) and the Credit for purposes of paragraph 24 of the Appendix to the General Conditions.
