CPNI definition

CPNI means information that relates to the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, and amount of a Telecommunications Service subscribed to by any customer of a Telecommunications Carrier, and that is made available to the carrier by the customer solely by virtue of the carrier customer relationship; and information contained in the bills pertaining to telephone exchange service or telephone toll service received by a customer of a carrier.
CPNI means Customer Proprietary Network Information, which includes confidential account, usage, and billing-related information about the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, location, and amount of use of a customer’s telecommunications services. CPNI reflects the telecommunications products, services, and features that a customer subscribes to and the usage of such services, including call detail information appearing in a bill. CPNI does not include a customer's name, address, or telephone number.

  • CPNI of a Customer and any other non-public, individually identifiable information about a Customer or the purchase by a Customer of the services or products of a Party.
