CP Satisfaction Date definition

CP Satisfaction Date means the date on which all of the Conditions Precedent have been satisfied (or waived in writing by the Party described in Section 2.4).
CP Satisfaction Date means the date upon which the conditions set out in clause 5.1 have been fulfilled or, where capable of waiver, waived, as the case may be;
CP Satisfaction Date means the date on which all Conditions Precedent have been satisfied or waived in accordance with this Agreement.

More Definitions of CP Satisfaction Date

CP Satisfaction Date means the date on which all conditions precedent set out in Part A of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) have been satisfied in accordance with sub-clause 2.1.2 of Clause 2.1 (Conditions Precedent to the CP Satisfaction Date).
