Covenant Relief Period definition

Covenant Relief Period means the period commencing on the First Amendment Effective Date and ending on (and including) the date of delivery of the Compliance Certificate for the fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2024, if such Compliance Certificate demonstrates compliance with Section 7.07.”
Covenant Relief Period means the period commencing on the Amendment Effective Date and ending on the Covenant Relief Termination Date;

More Definitions of Covenant Relief Period

Covenant Relief Period means the period from March 1, 2015 to and including March 30, 2017, or, with the consent of the Company, such earlier date as all of the holders of the Notes may agree in their sole discretion.
Covenant Relief Period means the period beginning on the First Amendment Effective Date through and including the last day of the fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2021.
