Cost of Funds Rate Loan definition

Cost of Funds Rate Loan means, for any Lender, any Loan bearing interest at an annual rate equal to the sum of (a) the Applicable Margin for that Loan plus (b) such Lender’s Cost of Funds.
Cost of Funds Rate Loan means a Committed Loan that bears interest on the Cost of Funds Rate. Cost of Fund Rate Loans shall be denominated in Dollars.
