Corporate Resolution definition

Corporate Resolution means each of:
Corporate Resolution. A Corporate Resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the Borrower authorizing the execution, delivery, and performance of the Loan Documents on or in a form provided by or acceptable to Bank.
Corporate Resolution. A Corporate Resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the Borrower authorizing the execution, delivery, and performance of the Loan Documents on or in a form provided by or acceptable to Bank. Guaranty: Guaranty Agreement(s) duly executed by the Guarantor(s). Additional Documents: Receipt by the Bank of other approvals, opinions, or documents as the Bank may reasonably request.

Examples of Corporate Resolution in a sentence

  • If you obtain a Medallion Signature Guarantee from a bank, brokerage house or trust company, a Corporate Resolution (with a raised corporate seal) from the bank, brokerage house or trust company must be included (stating that the Guarantor is an authorized signatory).

  • Borrower shall provide Lender with the following additional documents: Corporate Resolution.

  • The president or secretary may make duplicate originals of any Corporate Resolution.

  • Each Corporate Resolution has been validly passed and remains in full force and effect without modification.

Corporate Resolution means each Board Resolution and each Shareholder Resolution.
