Corporate Name definition

Corporate Name has the meaning given to it in Section 5.07(a).

Corporate Name means corporate names, company names, business names, fictitious business names, company logos, tradenames and d/b/as.

Corporate Name means the name of a corporation as set forth in the articles of incorporation of that corporation.
