Corporate Authorisation definition

Corporate Authorisation means, with respect to the Tenderer:

Examples of Corporate Authorisation in a sentence

  • If a Tenderer is a Consortium Tenderer, each member of the Tenderer shall provide an appropriate Corporate Authorisation providing for the authorisation of the Authorised Signatory in respect of the matters referred to in Clause24.1.

  • If a Tenderer is a Consortium Tenderer, each member of the Tenderer shall provide an appropriate Corporate Authorisation providing for the authorisation of the Authorised Signatory in respect of the matters referred to in Clause23.1.

  • Required Authorisation means any authorisation, consent, declaration, licence, permit, exemption, approval or other document, whether imposed by or arising in connection with any law, regulation, custom, contract, security or otherwise howsoever which must be obtained at any time from any person, Government Entity, central bank or other self-regulating or supra-national authority in order to enable the Borrowers lawfully to borrow the loan or draw any Advance and/or to enable any Security Party lawfully and continuously to continue its corporate existence and/or perform all its obligations whatsoever whensoever arising and/or grant security under the relevant Security Documents and/or to ensure the continuous validity and enforceability thereof;

  • Corporate Authorities means the City Council of the City.

  • Authorisations means any consent, registration, filing, notarisation, licence, approval, permit, authority or exemption from, by or with any Governmental Authority and all corporate, creditors’, shareholders’ and third-party approvals or consents;

  • Private Authorizations means all franchises, permits, licenses, approvals, consents and other authorizations of all Persons (other than Governmental Authorities).

  • Authorisation means an authorisation, consent, approval, resolution, licence, exemption, filing, notarisation or registration.

When a street railway operates or seeks to operate a street railway system over public streets and highways over which more than 1 road authority possesses jurisdiction, road authority includes each road authority with jurisdiction over public streets and highways upon which the street railway operates or seeks to operate a street railway system.

  • Appropriate Authority(ies) means the U.S. State Department, the government authority(ies) in the Covered Person’s Home Country or Country of Residence or the government authority(ies) of the Host Country.

  • Marketing Authorisation means any approval (including all applicable pricing and governmental reimbursement approvals) required from the FDA or relevant Competent Authority to market and sell a Product in a particular country.

  • Appellate Authority means Committee of Directors consisting of Director (Finance) and Director (BD) for works centers under Director (Projects). For all other cases committee of Directors shall consist of Director (Finance) & Director (Projects).

  • State authority means the hospital finance authority created by this act.

  • Consents, Clearances and Permits means all authorizations, licenses, approvals, registrations, permits, waivers, privileges, acknowledgements, agreements, or concessions required to be obtained from or provided by any concerned authority for the purpose of setting up of the generation facilities and/ or supply of power;

  • Work Authorization or "WA" means Buyer’s authorization in either electronic or tangible form for Supplier to conduct transactions under this Agreement in accordance with the applicable SOW (i.e., a purchase order, xxxx of lading, or other Buyer designated document). A SOW is a WA only if designated as such in writing by Buyer.

  • Necessary Consents means planning permission and all other consents, licences, permissions and approvals whether of a public or private nature which shall be relevant in the context;

  • Authorized Authority means, in relation to any person, transaction or event, any: (A) federal, provincial, municipal or local governmental body (whether administrative, legislative, executive or otherwise), both domestic and foreign; (B) agency, authority, commission, instrumentality, regulatory body, court, central bank or other entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, taxing, regulatory or administrative powers or functions of or pertaining to government; (C) court, arbitrator, commission or body exercising judicial, quasi-judicial, administrative or similar functions; and (D) other body or entity created under the authority of or otherwise subject to the jurisdiction of any of the foregoing, including any stock or other securities exchange, in each case having jurisdiction over such person, transaction or event; and

  • Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.

  • Necessary preconstruction approvals or permits means those permits or approvals required under federal air quality control laws and regulations and those air quality control laws and regulations which are part of the applicable State Implementation Plan.

  • Required Governmental Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 3.03.

  • Lead Authority means a local authority in Wales acting as the Lead Regional Transport Authority for one or more of its Constituent Local Authorities;

  • Governmental Authorization means any permit, license, authorization, plan, directive, consent order or consent decree of or from any Governmental Authority.
