Core Fund definition

Core Fund means either the Core USD Fund or the Core CDN Fund, and “Core Funds” means the Core USD Fund and the Core CDN Fund together.

More Definitions of Core Fund

Core Fund means the contribution from core funding members towards costs incurred in administering and operating the Partnership but excluding any contribution to the Partnership in the nature of special Project Funding.
Core Fund means Hines-Sumisei U.S. Core Office Fund, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership Credit Documents as defined in Section 3.1. Default means any event, act or condition which with notice or lapse of time, or both, would constitute an Event of Default, as more particularly defined in Section 9.
Core Fund means a fund that invests directly or indirectly in Real Estate Assets which are principally (i) located in the United States; (ii) existing, leased properties; and (iii) properties that generate a competitive current return (taking into account the status of capital markets and the General Partner’s strategy for the asset) in addition to a potential for capital appreciation; provided that an investment vehicle formed pursuant to Section 9.5(e) shall not be a Core Fund.

  • Infrastructure fund means the renewable fuel infrastructure fund created in section 159A.16.

  • Invested Capital means the amount calculated by multiplying the total number of Shares purchased by Stockholders by the issue price at the time of such purchase, reduced by the portion of any Distribution that is attributable to Net Sales Proceeds and by any amounts paid by the Company to repurchase Shares pursuant to the Company’s plan for the repurchase of Shares.

  • Investment Fund has the same meaning as in National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure;

  • Special Funds means, collectively, the Bond Fund, the Project Fund and the Collateral Fund, and any accounts therein, all as created in this Indenture.
