Core Assets definition

Core Assets means assets used to manufacture or produce goods for sale in climate control, interiors and electronics lines of business.
Core Assets means the power generating facilities owned by the Loan Parties and set forth on Schedule 1.01(a), as such schedule is updated from time to time in accordance with Section 5.07(c).
Core Assets means Hotels (or Equity Ownership Interest in Persons ----------- owning such Hotels) branded as Wyndham Hotels, Wyndham Garden Hotels, Wyndham Resorts and Wyndham Grand Heritage Hotels, or Hotels which will be branded as such within one year after acquisition thereof (so long as such Hotels are so branded within such time period); provided, that notwithstanding anything to the -------- contrary, the Hotels described in Schedule II and Unrestricted Assets shall not be included in this definition of Core Assets.

More Definitions of Core Assets

Core Assets means transmission assets, distribution assets, or assets in respect of any related ancillary service.
Core Assets means assets used or useful in the business of providing air transportation for passengers, owning, leasing, and maintaining facilities in order to conduct such business, or providing other services and selling merchandise related thereto, or any one of more of the foregoing activities; provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, Core Assets shall include LifeMiles Corp. and its subsidiaries.
