Contractual employee means an employee who:
Contractual employee means a person hired for a specific project for a specific period of time and whose terms and conditions of employment are contained in a written agreement. Contractual employees will not normally be engaged to undertake work which has been regularly done by members of the bargaining unit.

Contractual employee means a person employed for the purpose of performing certain specified work and whose employment is for a period of time up to two (2) years and whose terms and conditions of employment are specified in a written contract in accordance with Clause 3.01(c).
