Contract Administrator definition

Contract Administrator means the person authorized to represent the City in respect of the Contract and is identified at the time of award of the Contract;
Contract Administrator means the ODHS staff person accountable for monitoring and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of the Contract and ensuring that all requirements are met.
Contract Administrator means the contract administrator assigned to the Contract by the SFMTA, or his or her designated agent.

  • City will not pay Contractor for extraordinary work unless Contractor receives prior written authorization from the Contract Administrator.

  • At the quality assurance meeting(s), City’s Contract Administrator will provide Contractor with feedback, will note any deficiencies in Contract performance, and provide Contractor with an opportunity to address and correct such deficiencies.

Contract Administrator means the person designated as such in the Supplemental Conditions;
