Continuation Election definition

Continuation Election is defined in Section 12.1(b).
Continuation Election has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1(b).
Continuation Election means a written election made by LICENSEE (or its successor or assignee) and delivered to YALE within [**] following a CHANGE OF CONTROL, whereby LICENSEE (or its successor or assignee) elects to continue to receive a license to IMPROVEMENTS under Article 3.5 following such CHANGE OF CONTROL.
