Contest definition

Contest means to file a written complaint in the district court of the county in which the agency is located.

  • In such case, such Public Entity shall cooperate, as Developer reasonably requests, and at Developer’s sole cost and expense, to permit the Property Tax Contest to be prosecuted in such Public Entity name.
