Consultant Proposal definition

Consultant Proposal means a written document, substantially in the format of Exhibit F hereto that Consultant submits to the Judicial Council in response to a Services Request Form in accordance with the provisions of the Service Work Order process detailed in Exhibit C.
Consultant Proposal means an offer to supply consultant services on which end results are outlined but no detailed specifications are given by the Region as to how the consultant services are to be completed or performed;
Consultant Proposal means those documents submitted by a consultant, indicating interest in providing professional ser- vices to the department for a proposed project. The documents may include a tentative project work schedule, the method and staff that would be employed to meet the requirements of the pro- posed project and other information, as requested by the depart- ment.

More Definitions of Consultant Proposal

Consultant Proposal has the meaning ascribed on the Cover Pages hereof.

  • Superior Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 5.09(a).

  • Contractor’s Proposal means the proposal submitted by the Contractor with the Tender, as modified and accepted by the Employer and included in the Contract. Such documents may include the Contractor’s preliminary design.
