Construction Work Package definition

Construction Work Package means a breakdown of the construction portion of the work into manageable packages of work at a sufficient level of detail for oversight and monitoring of the execution of the work which comprises the applicable Construction Work Package. Each Construction Work Package may include:
Construction Work Package means a specified portion of the Program for which the Contractor is required to provide Construction Services.
Construction Work Package means a specified portion of the Program for which the Contractoris required to provide Construction Services.

Examples of Construction Work Package in a sentence

  • For each such Construction Work Package Request, the Contractor will submit a firm fixed price proposal to the Contracting Officer in response to and in compliance with that request.

  • The Authority’s possession and/or use of any portion of a Construction Work Package shall not be deemed an acceptance of any Work.

  • For each Construction Work Package, Self-Performed Work shall not exceed twenty five percent (25%) of the Task Order Price.

  • The Contracting Officer may issue the Contractor a Construction Work Package Request for a Construction Work Package based on Construction Documents for which the Contractor did not provide Pre-Construction Services.

  • With respect to each Construction Work Package, the Contractor must complete the tasks and provide the submittals mentioned above in this Section 7.2 before the issuance of a Task Order for that Construction Work Package.

  • The Contracting Officer may issue the Contractor a Construction Work Package Request for a portion of the Program for which the Contractor provided Pre- Construction Services based on its satisfactory performance of (1) those Pre-Construction Services, (2) completed Construction Work Packages, and (3) on-going Construction Work Packages.

  • Upon the receipt of such written request for an extension of time, the Contracting Officer shall ascertain the facts and make an adjustment to the time for completing that Construction Work Package as, in the judgement of the Contracting Officer, is justified.

  • Further, the Authority reserves the right to establish in the Task Orders for Construction Work Packages milestones for those Construction Work Package and liquidated damages if the Contractor does not achieve them.

  • The Pre-Construction Services include that the Contractor prepare and submit firm fixed price proposals for each Construction Work Package, or portion thereof, if and when requested to do so in writing by the Contracting Officer.

  • Further, provide a table that lists each of those CMR Construction Services General Conditions, their hourly and/or monthly rates shown in Section 2.2 of the Accepted RFP Price Schedule, and the number of hours and/or months for which each is required for the Construction Work Package (use hours where hourly rates are shown on the Accepted RFP Price Schedule, months where monthly rates are shown, and both where both are shown).

Related to Construction Work Package

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with⎯

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • construction work permit means a document issued in terms of regulation 3; "contractor" means an employer who performs construction work;

  • Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • demolition work means a method to dismantle, wreck, break, pull down or knock down of a structure or part thereof by way of manual labour, machinery, or the use of explosives;

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;

  • Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Excavation work means the making of any man-made cavity, trench, pit or depression formed by cutting, digging or scooping;

  • Demolition works means any physical activity to tear down or break up a structure (or part thereof) or surface, or the like, and includes the loading of demolition waste and the unloading of plant or machinery.

  • piece-work means any work the pay for which is estimated by the amount of work performed irrespective of the time occupied in its performance;

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Construction waste means solid waste which is produced or generated during construction, remodeling, or repair of pavements, houses, commercial buildings, and other structures. Construction wastes include, but are not limited to lumber, wire, sheetrock, broken brick, shingles, glass, pipes, concrete, paving materials, and metal and plastics if the metal or plastics are a part of the materials of construction or empty containers for such materials. Paints, coatings, solvents, asbestos, any liquid, compressed gases or semi-liquids and garbage are not construction wastes.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Installation Works means, as the context so requires,

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
