Consolidated Stockholders’ Equity definition

Consolidated Stockholders’ Equity means, as of any date of determination for the Company and its Subsidiaries (excluding Project Debt Entities) on a consolidated basis, stockholders’ equity as of that date, determined in accordance with GAAP.

Consolidated Stockholders’ Equity with respect to any person shall mean the aggregate Stockholders’ Equity of such person and its consolidated subsidiaries, consolidated in accordance with GAAP.

Consolidated Stockholders’ Equity at any time, means the total stockholders' equity of the Company and its consolidated subsidiaries, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, as of the end of the most recently completed fiscal quarter of the Company for which financial information is then available.

• The Borrower will not allow its Consolidated Stockholders’ Equity to fall below the Minimum Stockholders’ Equity.

• Consolidated Stockholders’ Equity will at no time be less than $1,310,000,000.

More Definitions of Consolidated Stockholders’ Equity

Consolidated Stockholders’ Equity means, at any date, the remainder of (a) Consolidated Assets as at such date, minus (b) Consolidated Liabilities as at such date.

Consolidated Stockholders’ Equity at any time, means the total stockholders’ equity of the Issuer and its consolidated Subsidiaries, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, as of the end of the most recently completed fiscal quarter of the Issuer for which financial information is then available.

Consolidated Stockholders’ Equity means consolidated stockholders equity of the Guarantor and its Subsidiaries as determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and reflected on the most recent consolidated balance sheet delivered to the Trustee pursuant to Section 704 hereof.

Consolidated Stockholders’ Equity means at any time as at which the amount thereof is to be determined, the sum of the following amounts in respect of the Borrower and the Consolidated Entities: (i) the par or stated value of all Capital Stock of the Borrower, (ii) retained earnings, (iii) additional paid in capital, (iv) capital surplus and (v) earned surplus minus treasury stock.

Consolidated Stockholders’ Equity as of any date means with respect to any Person the amount by which the assets of such Person and its Consolidated Subsidiaries exceed (a) the total liabilities of such Person and its Consolidated Subsidiaries, plus (b) any redeemable Preferred Stock (including Disqualified Capital Stock) of such Person or any Preferred Stock of any Consolidated Subsidiary of such Person issued to any Person other than such Person or a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of such Person, in each case determined in accordance with GAAP.

Consolidated Stockholders’ Equity means, at any time, the stockholders’ equity of the Borrower at the end of the then most recent period of four consecutive fiscal quarters for which consolidated financial statements of the Borrower have been delivered pursuant to Section 5.01(a) or 5.01(b) or, prior to the delivery of any such financial statements, at October 31, 2016, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

Consolidated Stockholders’ Equity means as of any date the total stockholder's equity of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries, plus the amount of any SRAC Subordinated Debt, as of such date.
