  • Basic Group medical coverage provided during such period shall be applied against ARAMARK's obligation to continue group medical coverage under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 ("COBRA").

  • In the event that the Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated for any reason, the Executive shall have the right to receive (i) the compensation and reimbursable expenses then accrued and/or earned and unpaid under Sections 4.1 and 5 of this Agreement through the date of termination, (ii) payment for unused vacation days accrued through the date of termination and (iii) any benefits required by the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985.

  • Act of 1999 means the Electricity Regulation Act 1999;

  • Budget year means the financial year of the municipality for which an annual budget is to be approved in terms of section 16(1) of the MFMA;
