Consents definition

Consents means any consents, waivers or approvals from, or notification requirements to, any third parties.
Consents means all filings and all licenses, permits, consents, approvals, authorizations, qualifications and orders of governmental authorities and other third parties, domestic or foreign, necessary to carry on any Borrower's business, including, without limitation, any Consents required under all applicable federal, state or other applicable law.
Consents means the consents, permits, or approvals of government authorities and other third parties necessary to transfer the Assets to Buyer or otherwise to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Consents means any consents, waivers or approvals from, or notification requirements to, any Person other than a Governmental Entity.
