Consent to Assignment definition

Consent to Assignment means an existing contractual or legal right of any third party to consent to the Partnership's assignment of a Property to Buyer under such terms as are set forth in this Agreement.
Consent to Assignment has the meaning set forth in Section 1.5(b) of the Agreement.
Consent to Assignment is defined in the definition of the term "Assignment of Lease".

More Definitions of Consent to Assignment

Consent to Assignment means a consent to assignment, in form and substance satisfactory to the Required Purchasers, executed by an Included Employer with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby.
Consent to Assignment means, with respect to any Material Contract, a consent by the counterparty thereto to the creation of a Lien under the Collateral Documents in the applicable Credit Party’s rights, title and interest in, to or under such Material Contract, together with notice, cure and other provisions customary for agreements of this type, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.
Consent to Assignment means each Consent to Assignment contemplated hereby to be executed by a Material Project Counterparty substantially in the form of Exhibit D (with such changes as the Administrative Agent may reasonably agree).
Consent to Assignment means the consent and agreement of any Person to the granting of Liens by a Credit Party in the interests of such Credit Party in an agreement or other Property of such Credit Party pursuant to the Collateral Documents and the exercise of default remedies in respect thereof, all in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Consent to Assignment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.
Consent to Assignment means the Lessee's Consent to Assignment dated as of the Initial Closing Date from the Lessee to the Administrative Agent, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof or of any other Operative Agreement.
