Conflict Between Documents. This Note and, unless otherwise provided in any other Loan Document, the other Loan Documents shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state named in Bank's address on the first page hereof without regard to that state's conflict of laws principles. If the terms of this Note should conflict with the terms of any loan agreement or any commitment letter that survives closing, the terms of this Note shall control.

Conflict Between Documents. Unless otherwise specifically stated, the provision of this Agreement shall govern and prevail in the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the terms hereof and of any assignment agreements or other document or instrument executed or delivered by any party in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder.

If there is any conflict between the terms of this Agreement, on the one hand, and any other document or agreement between the parties, on the other hand, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

In the event any addenda to this Agreement are executed by the parties and a conflict arises between said addenda and the Declaration of Trust, the terms of the addenda shall control.
Conflict Between Documents. If there is any inconsistency between them, these documents will prevail in the following order: the provisions in the Seasonal Pricing Letter; then this document; then the Farm Supply Manual (Appendix C) and then the Standard T&Cs (Appendix D).
