Condemnation Awards definition

Condemnation Awards means any and all judgments, awards of damages (including severance and consequential damages), payments, proceeds, settlements, amounts paid for a taking in lieu of Condemnation, or other compensation heretofore or hereafter made, including interest thereon, and the right to receive the same, as a result of, or in connection with, any Condemnation or threatened Condemnation.
Condemnation Awards means all compensation, awards, damages, rights of action and proceeds awarded to the Borrower by reason of a Taking.
Condemnation Awards is defined in Section 2.1(viii).

  • Any notice of sale, disposition or other intended action by Mortgagee with respect to the Personalty, Fixtures, Leases, Rents, Deposit Accounts, Property Agreements, Tax Refunds, Proceeds, Insurance and Condemnation Awards sent to Mortgagor at least ten (10) days prior to any action under the UCC shall constitute reasonable notice to Mortgagor.

Condemnation Awards means any and all proceeds (including, without limitation, proceeds in the form of promissory notes or other agreements for the payment of proceeds) from (a) the taking by eminent domain, condemnation or otherwise, or acquisition pursuant to contract, of any property of any Grantor by the United States of America, the State of Florida or any political subdivision thereof, or any agency, department, bureau, board, commission or instrumentality of any of them, including, without limitation, any awards and/or other compensation awarded to any Grantor whether as a result of litigation, arbitration, settlement or otherwise, or (b) any sale by any Grantor of a water and utility system to a Person, whether now owned or hereafter created or acquired.
