Computer Tape or Listing definition

Computer Tape or Listing means the computer tape or listing (whether in electronic form or otherwise) generated by the Servicer on behalf of the Borrower, which provides information relating to the Receivables included in the Net Eligible Receivables Balance.
Computer Tape or Listing. The computer tape or listing generated on behalf of the Depositor which provides information relating to the Receivables and which was used by the Depositor, the Seller and the Originators in selecting the Receivables conveyed to the Trust hereunder.
