Compliance Standards definition

Compliance Standards means equipment and installation methods shall comply with all appropriate nationally recognized testing laboratories and American National Standards Institute (ANSI) requirements.
Compliance Standards means the following requirements: Developer Apps and Distribution Content: (i) comply with the applicable laws; and (ii) can be used by Phoenix Contact and the Developer as permitted under the Agreement and by Customers as permitted under the applicable Customer Agreements without violating applicable laws or the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other rights of any third party, or restrictions towards third parties, such as confidentiality obligations.
Compliance Standards has the meaning given to such term in Clause 11.
