Compliance Showing definition

Compliance Showing means one or more of the following: (a) Local RAR Showing, (b) RAR Showing, (c) Flexible RAR Showing, or (d) other Capacity Attributes compliance or advisory filing (or similar or successor showing or filing), in each case, that an LSE is required to make to the CPUC (and/or, to the extent authorized by the CPUC, to the CAISO), pursuant to the CPUC Decisions, or to any Governmental Body having jurisdiction.
Compliance Showing means the applicable load serving entities compliance with the Resource Adequacy requirements of its applicable regulatory authority for an applicable Showing Month.
Compliance Showing means the applicable LSE compliance with the RAR, FCR and LAR of its applicable regulatory authority for an applicable Showing Month.

  • Compliance year means the calendar year beginning with June 1 and ending with May 31 of the following year, for which a Retail Electricity Supplier must demonstrate that it has met the requirements of this Regulation.

Compliance Costs do not include any amounts designated in the Project’s full capacity deliverability study to obtain FCDS nor any costs and expenses incurred by Seller for FCDS studies.

  • Compliance Period means a period of time that the Development shall conform to all set-aside requirements as described further in the rule chapter and agreed to by the Applicant in the Application.

  • Pro Forma Compliance means, with respect to any transaction, that such transaction does not cause, create or result in a Default after giving Pro Forma Effect, based upon the results of operations for the most recently completed Measurement Period to (a) such transaction and (b) all other transactions which are contemplated or required to be given Pro Forma Effect hereunder that have occurred on or after the first day of the relevant Measurement Period.

  • Statement of Compliance means the statement forming part of a Tender indicating the Bidders compliance with the Specification.

  • Compliance Order means an order issued by the Code Enforcement Officer pursuant to subdivision (a) of section 15 of this local law.
