Examples of Competitive Products in a sentence
During the Restricted Period, you shall not, directly or indirectly, on your own behalf or on behalf of any person or entity other than the Company or an Affiliate, including as a proprietor, principal, agent, partner, officer, director, shareholder, employee, member of any association, consultant, or otherwise, perform Competitive Services in the Restricted Area for or on behalf of any Competitor, with respect to Competitive Products.
For purposes of this paragraph 11 and its subparagraphs, a “Direct Competitor” means a person, business or company providing Competitive Products or Competitive Services anywhere in the United States.
Furthermore, Xxxxxxxxxxxx shall not knowingly be publicly photographed with or otherwise intentionally publicly acknowledge (e.g., will not intentionally or publicly act in a manner that would reasonably be deemed to be an endorsement) Competitive Products.
