Competitive Commission definition

Competitive Commission means a commission for the purchase or sale of an Asset which is reasonable, customary, and competitive in light of the size, type, and if applicable the location of the Asset.
Competitive Commission has the meaning set forth in the Charter.
Competitive Commission shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Article VI, Section 6.

  • Competitive Enterprise means a business enterprise that (i) engages in any activity, or (ii) owns or controls a significant interest in any entity that engages in any activity, that, in either case, competes anywhere with any activity in which the Company is engaged.
