Exposed person means any person wholly or partially in a danger zone;
Designated Person means a person or entity:

regulated person means a person whose collection activities are confined and are directly related to the operation of a business other than that of a collection agency including any of the following:
Related Person means, with respect to any Person, (a) any Affiliate of such Person, (b) the respective directors, officers, partners, employees, advisors, agents, trustees and other representatives of such Person or any of its Affiliates and (c) the successors and permitted assigns of such Person or any of its Affiliates.

affiliated person promoter" and "principal underwriter" as used in the preceding sentence shall have the meanings assigned to each such term in the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended.
Obligated Person means any person, including the Issuer, who is either generally or through an enterprise, fund, or account of such person committed by contract or other arrangement to support payment of all, or part of the obligations on the Bonds (other than providers of municipal bond insurance, letters of credit, or other liquidity facilities), as shown on Exhibit A.
Unrelated Person means any Person other than (i) a Subsidiary of Borrower or (ii) an employee stock ownership plan or other employee benefit plan covering the employees of Borrower and its Subsidiaries.
Affiliated Persons or "AFFILIATES" means
Licensed person means an individual who is licensed or otherwise legally authorized to practice a professional service by a court, department, board, commission, or an agency of this state or another jurisdiction, any corporation or professional services corporation all of whose shareholders are licensed persons, any partnership all of whose partners are licensed persons, or any limited liability company all of whose members and managers are licensed persons.
Affiliated Party means, with respect to any Purchaser, any person or entity which, directly or indirectly, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with such Purchaser, including, without limitation, any general partner, officer or director of such Purchaser and any venture capital fund now or hereafter existing which is controlled by one or more general partners of, or shares the same management company as, such Purchaser.
Interested Person shall have the meaning given it in Section 2(a)(19) of the 1940 Act;
Associated Persons means the directors, employees (whether full-time, part-time or casual), Related Bodies Corporate, agents, contractors, advisors and owners of Tabcorp and the Venue Operator, respectively, (as is applicable).
approved person means, in respect of a member (Member) of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC), an individual who is a partner, director, officer, employee or agent of a Member who is approved by IIROC or another Canadian SRO to perform any function required under any IIROC or other Canadian SRO by-law, rule, or policy;
Aggrieved person is the person or persons making the claim.
Injured Person under this section means a Member covered by the EOC who sustains an injury or illness and any spouse, dependent or other person or entity that may recover on behalf of such Member including the estate of the Member and, if the Member is a minor, the guardian or parent of the Member. When referred to in this section, "KFHPWA's Medical Expenses" means the expenses incurred and the value of the benefits provided by KFHPWA under this EOC for the care or treatment of the injury or illness sustained by the Injured Person.
Permitted Person means – the Representatives of the Recipient; and any other person to whom the Recipient discloses Confidential Information with the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party;
Designated Persons means a person or entity (a) listed in the annex to, or otherwise subject to the provisions of, any Executive Order; (b) named as a “Specially Designated National and Blocked Person” (“SDN”) on the most current list published by OFAC at its official website or any replacement website or other replacement official publication of such list (the “SDN List”) or is otherwise the subject of any Sanctions Laws and Regulations; (c) in which an entity or person on the SDN List has 50% or greater ownership interest or that is otherwise controlled by an SDN.
appointed person means the person given the authority to assess, plan and organise the work; to select suitable or appropriate plant and equipment, to ensure statutory documentation is current and in order; to provide instruction and supervision for the work to be undertaken safely; and tostop the work whenever he considers danger is likely to arise if it were to be continued.
Connected Person in relation to a company, means:
Exculpated Party means, collectively, and in each case in its capacity as such: (a) the Debtors;
Related Persons means, with respect to any Person, each Affiliate of such Person and each director, officer, employee, agent, trustee, representative, attorney, accountant and each insurance, environmental, legal, financial and other advisor (including those retained in connection with the satisfaction or attempted satisfaction of any condition set forth in Article II) and other consultants and agents of or to such Person or any of its Affiliates.
Politically Exposed Person means any individuals connected to any prominent public functions, as well as their immediate family members and close associates.
Warranted Person means a person who is Warranted or who is employed by a person who is Warranted; and
Exempted Person means the Sponsor, its members and its affiliates, any of their respective direct or indirect transferees of at least 15% of the Corporation’s outstanding common stock and any “group” of which any such person is a part under Rule 13d-5 of the Exchange Act.
