Company Tax Return definition

Company Tax Return means any Tax Return filed or required to be filed with any Governmental Entity, if, in any manner or to any extent, relating to or inclusive of the Company or any Company Tax.
Company Tax Return means any return, election, declaration, report, schedule, information return, document, information, opinion, statement, or any amendment to any of the foregoing (including, without limitation, any consolidated, combined or unitary return) filed or required to be filed with any Governmental Entity, if, in any manner or to any extent, relating to or inclusive of the Company, any Subsidiary, or any Company Tax.

Examples of Company Tax Return in a sentence

  • Each such Company Tax Return is true, correct and complete in all material respects.

  • No Company Tax Return is the subject of any investigation, audit or other proceeding by any federal, state or local tax authority.

  • The amount payable for any taxable period shall take into account any estimated tax or withholding tax previously paid by the Company or its subsidiaries with respect to such taxable period and the carryforward (determined on a Separate Company Tax Return basis) of any deductions, credits or other Tax items of the Company or its subsidiaries from preceding taxable periods.

Company Tax Return means any Tax Return relating to or inclusive of the Company or any Company Tax.
