Company Preferred Unit definition

Company Preferred Unit means a fractional share of the Membership Interests of a particular class or series that the Managing Member has authorized pursuant to Section 4.1 or Section 4.2 hereof that has distribution rights, or rights upon liquidation, winding up and dissolution, that are superior or prior to the Membership Common Units.

Examples of Company Preferred Unit in a sentence

  • Any Company Preferred Unit with respect to which the Company has not received an effective, properly completed Preferred Election Form on or before 5:00 p.m., Little Rock, Arkansas time, on the 20th day following the Mailing Date (or such other later time as the Company may otherwise decide) (the “Election Deadline”) shall be deemed to be Non-Elected Company Preferred Units.
