Company Budget definition

Company Budget means the annual operating budget of the Company for the year ending December 31, 2017, described on Section 1.1(b) of the Company Disclosure Letter.
Company Budget means, with respect to the six-month period ending June 30, 2019, the capital expenditure budget for the Company and its Subsidiaries set forth in Section 1.1(a) of the Company Disclosure Letter, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, or the Post-Closing Budget as may be adopted or amended, supplemented or otherwise modified by the Company Board from time to time following the Closing pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Investor Rights Agreement.
Company Budget means the budget prepared by the Company and provided to the Guarantor on September 12, 2021.

More Definitions of Company Budget

Company Budget means the draft budget of the Company for 2023 attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;
Company Budget means the Company budget and plan for 2018, together with monthly budgets and plans based thereon, as attached as Schedule 1.1 of the Company Disclosure Letter;
Company Budget means, in respect of the 2021 fiscal year, the annual budget of the Company attached as Schedule 4.1(b) of the Company Disclosure Letter and, in respect of the 2022 fiscal year, the annual forecast of the Company attached as Schedule 4.1(b) of the Company Disclosure Letter.
Company Budget means the monthly Company budget and plan from October 1, 2018 through March 31, 2019, as attached as Schedule 1.1 of the Company Disclosure Letter;
Company Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(b).
Company Budget means a budget of the Company prepared in good faith by the management of the Company prior to an Interest Payment Date showing in reasonable detail the estimated cash receipts and cash disbursements of the Company and its Subsidiaries on a monthly basis for each calendar month during the six months commencing on the first day of the calendar month in which such Interest Payment Date occurs, which budget is approved by the board of directors of the Company.
