Communication Requirements definition

Communication Requirements means the following actions you must take in order for the guarantee (and the possibility of any credit) to be available in a Guarantee Year: (a) establish communication with us via your internet connection; and (b) maintain the internet connection so that our hardware can transmit information about the System’s electricity production for a period of at least two consecutive hours at least once each month in that Guarantee Year, and at least once within 30 days after the end of the Guarantee Year. Please consult the other sections of this document and use the hardware and instructions provided.
Communication Requirements means the following actions you must take for this Limited Warranty (and the possibility of credit) to be available in a Guarantee Year: (a) establish communication with Operator via your home’s internet connection; and (b) maintain your Internet connection, at your cost, so that Operator’s hardware can transmit information about the System’s electricity production for at least two consecutive hours at least once each month in that Guarantee Year, and at least once within thirty (30) days after the end of the Guarantee Year.
Communication Requirements means the following requirements necessary for JCI to provide the Services described in this Agreement: (a) the System must be equipped with a monitoring system as specified on page 1 of this Agreement or otherwise approved by JCI; (b) Customer must grant JCI access to the associated monitoring portal; (c) Customer must bear any necessary costs to enable the monitoring portal to communicate with the System, including any software subscription costs and any communication line costs; (d) the monitoring portal must continuously display energy generation in fifteen (15) minute intervals or less, both in total and by inverter, and send such data to JCI’s monitoring software via API (Application Programming Interface) unless otherwise approved in writing by JCI.

More Definitions of Communication Requirements

Communication Requirements means the communication requirements set out in Schedule “G”, or as directed by OMAFRA from time to time.
