Committee Composition. The Committee should be comprised of all MOU signatories willing to continue as members of the Steering Committee. Two Co-Chairs of the Committee should be selected annually by Committee members to direct efforts, including setting agendas. One chair should be a Steering Committee representative from the community, the other will be any member of our Steering Committee, regardless of their affiliation. The Steering Committee may also choose to appoint an alternate co-chair. Chairs will serve for 12 months, 2 consecutive terms allowed. Vacancies shall be filled at earliest possible date. The responsibilities of Co-Chair may include: Establishing agendas for Steering Committee meetings, and prioritizing directions and actions for Committee to address.
