Commercial Materials definition

Commercial Materials means, without limitation, any business marquis, sign, letterhead, business card, pamphlet, brochure, magazine, flyer, newsletter, Sales Aid, advertisement or other associated tangible materials NSUSA uses in its activities with the Independent Distributor Network or the public to enhance its image and competitiveness in the Territory that NSUSA has not purchased from NSI. Commercial Materials shall not, for the purposes of this Agreement, include Business Portfolios (as defined below).
Commercial Materials shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit 4.1.
Commercial Materials means Municipal Waste, Recyclable Materials, Organic Material, and any other similar materials.

Examples of Commercial Materials in a sentence

  • Any commercial Material that the Contractor intends to deliver as a Deliverable must have the scope of the license granted in such material disclosed in Exhibit 1 or as an attachment referenced in Exhibit 1, if that scope of license is different than the scope of license contained in this section for Commercial Materials.

  • PlayOn ads will conform to the then-current NFHS Network Commercial Materials Guidelines (the “Guidelines”), a current copy of which is attached as Exhibit B; provided that School shall have the right in its sole discretion to limit or prohibit any advertiser, or any specific advertisement advertised on the School video portal, that is inconsistent with School standards for appropriateness for viewing by the school district’s student population.

  • Any Commercial Material that the Contractor intends to deliver as a Deliverable must have the scope of the license granted in such material disclosed in an Exhibit to this Contract, if that scope of license is different than the scope of license contained in this section for Commercial Materials.

  • PlayOn ads will conform to NFHS Network Commercial Materials Guidelines.

  • Sky may use the Advertiser's TV Commercial Materials to fill any commercial breaks that are unsold at the time of transmission on any of the channels listed in clause 2.1, at Sky's discretion and without additional charge to the Advertiser.

  • Any Commercial Material that the Contractor intends to deliver under this Contract will have the scope of the license granted in such material set forth in Exhibit II to this Contract, if that scope of license is different than the scope of license contained in this section for Commercial Materials.

  • If any of the NSMY Products or NSMY Commercial Materials are based on or contain NSI proprietary information, formulas or ingredients of NSI, the applicable royalty shall be eighteen percent (18%) of Net Sales for such NSMY Products or NSMY Commercial Materials, or as otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing by the Parties.

Commercial Materials means, without limitation, any business marquis, sign, letterhead, business card, pamphlet, brochure, magazine, flyer, newsletter, Sales Aid, advertisement or other associated tangible materials NSPCT uses in its activities with the Independent Distributor Network or the public to enhance its image and competitiveness in the Territory that NSPCT has not purchased from NSI or NSHK. Commercial Materials shall not, for the purposes of this Agreement, include Introductory Kits (as defined below).
Commercial Materials means Municipal Waste, Recyclable Materials, Organic Material and any other similar materials.
Commercial Materials means (i) Supplier’s proprietary [*****], which meets the applicable Materials Specifications set forth at Exhibit C-2 and as is defined in Exhibit C-2, as well as (ii) Development Materials that, upon completion of development pursuant to an applicable Statement of Work, and which receives final written approval from Purchaser that such material meets both the Materials Specifications and Purchaser’s Quality Systems, shall become, upon such written approval by Purchaser, materials commercially used by Purchaser, its assignees or its sublicensees in the manufacture and commercial sale of Products.

Related to Commercial Materials

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.

  • Research Materials means all tangible materials other than Subject Data first produced in the performance of this CRADA.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;

  • Confidential Materials means all tangible materials containing Confidential Information, including without limitation written or printed documents and computer disks or tapes, whether machine or user readable.

  • Biological Material means any material containing genetic information and capable of reproducing itself or being reproduced in a biological system;

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Promotional Materials means the core written, printed, video or graphic advertising, promotional, educational and communication materials (other than Collaboration Product labeling) for marketing, advertising and promotion of the Collaboration Products.

  • Proprietary Materials means tangible chemical, biological or physical materials (a) that are furnished by or on behalf of one Party to the other Party in connection with this Agreement, whether or not specifically designated as proprietary by the transferring Party or (b) that are otherwise conceived or reduced to practice in the conduct of the Research Collaboration.
