Commerce Control List or “CCL” means a list maintained in accordance with the EAR by the Federal Bureau of Industry and Security including items that are subject to the export control authority of the Bureau of Industry and Security (https://www.bis.doc.gov/index.php/regulations/commerce-control- list-ccl). Items on the CCL include “dual-use” goods and technologies (having both civil and military applications) as well as exclusively commercial items.   • Information furnished to Seller under Buyer’s Order, if not regulated by the ITAR, may contain technical data, as defined in the United States Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), Export Administration Regulations (EAR) Part 772 (15 CFR 772) relating to export controlled items appearing on the Commerce Control List (CCL) at EAR Part 774 (15 CFR 774).
