Collateral Obligor definition

Collateral Obligor means any person that has an obligation or duty to the Issuer (or any relevant person holding such Collateral for or on behalf of the Issuer) in respect of the Collateral pursuant to the terms of such Collateral.
Collateral Obligor means any Person obligated with respect to any of the Collateral, whether as an account debtor, obligor on an instrument, issuer of securities, or otherwise.
Collateral Obligor means any obligor under any Collateral Loan, any issuer of any security comprising any portion of the Collateral and any entity in which an Equity Interest comprises any portion of the Collateral.
