Collaborative Team definition

Collaborative Team means a team of individuals whose primary function is to develop a comprehensive and unified service or treatment plan for an enrolled person. The team may include an enrolled person, member of the enrolled person’s family, health, mental health or social service providers including professionals representing disciplines related to the person’s needs, or other persons that are not health, mental health or social service providers identified by the person or family. Collaborative Teams include child and family teams and adult teams.

  • They understand that their financial neutral is a member of the Collaborative Team only, and cannot act as a financial advisor for either of them, or sell products to them, even after the final agreement is signed and the Collaborative Process has concluded.

  • The parties understand that, in the event of contested litigation, their Collaborative attorneys are barred from representing them as set forth in Paragraph 2.C. The parties also understand that, in the event the Collaborative Process is terminated and is not reconvened, no member of the Collaborative Team may continue in the Collaborative Team role except to assist with the transition to a new professional.

  • The Collaborative Team may share information and schedules that are subject to the privilege and confidentiality protections of this Agreement with an individual consultant only upon the individual consultant’s written agreement to be bound by the confidentiality provisions of this Agreement.

  • The parties understand and agree that their coaches and child specialist are members of the Collaborative Team only and cannot act as therapists for either of them or for their child(ren), even after the final agreement is signed and the Collaborative Process has concluded.

  • The Clients agree to maintain confidentiality of all oral and written communications relating to the subject matter of the case made by the Clients or the Collaborative Team.

  • These standards align with the Evaluation System Philosophy in that teachers who meet these minimum standards will be Self-Directed Learners, Quality Producers, Collaborative Team Members, Effective Communicators, Constructive Thinkers and Problem Solvers, and Responsible Members of Society.

Related to Collaborative Team

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Collaborative matter means a dispute, transaction, claim, problem, or issue for resolution, including a dispute, claim, or issue in a proceeding, that is described in a collaborative law participation agreement and arises under the family or domestic relations law of this state, including any of the following:

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • JMC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • JRC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1.

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Development Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.1.

  • Joint Research Committee or “JRC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1.

  • JDC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • JCC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Collaborating physician means the physician who,

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Research Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Collaborative lawyer means a lawyer who represents a party in a collaborative law process.

  • Working Group means representatives of the Applicable Registry Operators and other members of the community that the Registry Stakeholders Group appoints, from time to time, to serve as a working group to consult on amendments to the Applicable Registry Agreements (excluding bilateral amendments pursuant to Section 7.6(i)).
