Collaboration Manager definition

Collaboration Manager has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.1.

External collaborators are not employees of the Requester and/or do not work at the same location as the PI, and consequently must be independently approved to access controlled-access data subject to the NIH GDS Policy.

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Region Manager means the designated DNR staff person responsible for managing the affairs of DNR in designated large geographic areas. The Region Manager may perform the duties of the Contract Manager.
