Coke Plant definition

Coke Plant shall have the meaning set forth in the introduction to this Coke Purchase Agreement.
Coke Plant means the cokemaking plant and related facilities and equipment to be constructed at Haverhill, Ohio and to be owned and operated by Seller based upon heat recovery technology that is proprietary to Seller and Seller’s Affiliates. “Coke Supply and Purchase Obligation” is the Tonnage of Coke or Third Party Supplied Coke that Seller is obligated to deliver to Purchasers, and the Tonnage of Coke and Third Party Supplied Coke that Purchasers are jointly and severally obligated to accept and purchase from Seller, or actually accept from Seller, during the Take or Pay Term as set forth in Section 6.1(b).
Coke Plant means any plant used for the production of coke by the process of destructive distillation of coal in the absence of oxygen occurring in chemical recovery coke ovens.‌

  • During any period of Force Majeure relating to Seller’s Coke Plant, all production of Coke from the Coke Plant, up to Purchaser’s maximum take or pay obligation, will be supplied to Purchaser before any Coke from Seller’s Coke Plant may be sold to third parties.

Coke Plant means, collectively, Coke Plant (Phase I) and Coke Plant (Phase II).

The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Biomass means the biodegradable fraction of products, waste and residues from biological origin from agriculture (including vegetal and animal substances), forestry and related industries including fisheries and aquaculture, as well as the biodegradable fraction of industrial and municipal waste;

  • Processing Plant means plant systems, located on or off the Leased Premises, that include a gas processing plant, natural gasoline plant, gasoline plant, or other plant where raw unprocessed natural gas is processed to remove or extract Raw Mix from the natural gas stream to produce a Pipeline- Quality Natural Gas or Residue Gas and other products, and the Raw Mix is then either (i) separated by fractionation down to its base components prior to storage and/or transport that meets or conforms to all applicable Gas Processors Association (GPA) Standards and/or Specifications for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product, or (ii) transported to another plant for separation down to its base components by fractionation prior to storage and/or transport for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product. Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • Operating pressure means the pressure at which the parts of an irrigation system are designed by the manufacturer to operate.

  • Production facility means a facility in California at which gasoline or CARBOB is produced. Upon request of a producer, the executive officer may designate, as part of the producer's production facility, a physically separate bulk storage facility which (A) is owned or leased by the producer, and (B) is operated by or at the direction of the producer, and (C) is not used to store or distribute gasoline or CARBOB that is not supplied from the production facility.

  • Invasive plant species means species of plants not historically found in California that spread outside cultivated areas and can damage environmental or economic resources. Invasive species may be regulated by county agricultural agencies as noxious species. Lists of invasive plants are maintained at the California Invasive Plant Inventory and USDA invasive and noxious weeds database.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.
