The Code of Ethics of the Education Profession indicates the aspiration of all educators and provides standards by which to judge conduct.
The provisions of the state ethics statutes and the Code of Ethics, Professional Standards or Best Practice Guidelines of the professions supersede anything to the contrary contained in the policies of the Provider or the Provider's procedures and practices.
It is expected by both parties to this agreement that each teacher subscribes to and will adhere to the principles of the Code of Ethics of the Education Profession, which is attached hereto (page 38) but is not a part of this Collective Agreement.
In connection with this Agreement, the CONSULTANT hereby covenants and agrees that it shall comply with all applicable governmental laws, statutes, rules and regulations including, without limitation, the City of Tampa’s Code of Ethics.
