Co-Promote definition

Co-Promote or “Co-Promotion” means use of the respective sales forces of the Parties or their Affiliates to promote, following exercise of the Co-Promotion Option by Ambit, a Co-Promoted Product in the U.S., where “promote” means the process of direct contact between the respective sales forces and medical professionals (as further defined in the applicable Co-Promotion Agreement) who are able to purchase or influence the purchase of the Co-Promoted Product, in accordance with and as further defined in Exhibit D and the Co-Promotion Agreement.
Co-Promote or “Co-Promotion” means, with respect to any Co-Developed Product, the joint promotion and Detailing of such Co-Developed Product in the Co-Developed Territory using a coordinated sales force consisting of representatives of both Parties.
Co-Promote means to engage in such activities.

Examples of Co-Promote in a sentence

  • NewLink may exercise its option to Co-Promote such Licensed Product or Subsequent Product for such Indication in the Co-Promotion Territory by written notice to Genentech no later than [*] after the receipt of the Genentech Estimate for such Licensed Product or Subsequent Product and Indication.

More Definitions of Co-Promote

Co-Promote has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.1.
Co-Promote means to promote jointly Franchise Products through Genentech, IDEC and their respective sales forces under a single trademark in a given country in the Co-Promotion Territory.
