co-operative bank definition

co-operative bank means a state co-operative bank, a central co-operative bank and a primary co-operative bank;
co-operative bank means a society registered under this Act and doing the business of banking as defined in clause (b) of section 5 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (Central Act X of 1949);
