CMSA REO Status Report definition

CMSA REO Status Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "REO Status Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
CMSA REO Status Report. The report in the "REO Status Report" format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "CMSA REO Status Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, is reasonably acceptable to the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable.
CMSA REO Status Report. A report which is one element of the supplemental reports of the CMSA Investor Reporting Package and the form of which is attached to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement as Exhibit X.

More Definitions of CMSA REO Status Report

CMSA REO Status Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "REO Status Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "REO Status Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, is reasonably acceptable to the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable.
CMSA REO Status Report means, subject to Section 1.03(f), a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "REO Status Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be recommended by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "REO Status Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, is reasonably acceptable to the Master Servicers or the Special Servicers, as applicable.
CMSA REO Status Report means a report substantially in the form ---------------------- of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "REO Status Report" available as of the Settlement Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be recommended by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "REO Status Report" available as of the Settlement Date on the CMSA Website, is reasonably acceptable to the Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable, and in any event, including, with respect to an REO Property if it was included in the Trust Fund as of the close of business on the Determination Date immediately preceding the preparation of such report, among other things, (a) the Acquisition Date of such REO Property, (b) the amount of income collected with respect to such REO Property (net of related expenses) and other amounts, if any, received on such REO Property during the related Collection Period and (c) the value of such REO Property based on the most recent appraisal or other valuation thereof available to the Special Servicer as of such Determination Date (including any valuation prepared internally by the Special Servicer).
CMSA REO Status Report. The report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "REO Status Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be recommended by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally, or with respect to (i) the John Hancock Tower Mortgage Loan, the equivalent status report pxxxxrxx xx xhe LB-UBS 2003-C5 Master Servicer and (ii) the Boulevard Mall Mortgage Loan, the equivalent status report prepared by the GE 2003-C2 Master Servicer.
CMSA REO Status Report. A report or reports substantially in the form of Exhibit K attached hereto setting forth, among other things, with respect to each REO Property that was included in the Trust Fund as of the close of business on the immediately preceding Determination Date, (i) the Acquisition Date of such REO Property, (ii) the amount of income collected with respect to such REO Property (net of related expenses) and other amounts, if any, received on such REO Property during the Collection Period ending on such Determination Date and (iii) the value of the REO Property based on the most recent Appraisal or other valuation thereof available to the Master Servicer as of such date of determination (including any valuation prepared internally by the Special Servicer) or with respect to the Mesa Grande Loan A2, the CMSA REO status report prepared by the 2002-C1 Master Servicer.
CMSA REO Status Report. The report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "REO Status Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be recommended by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally, or with respect to (i) the Xxxxx Fargo Tower Mortgage Loan, the equivalent status report prepared by Wachovia Bank, National Association in accordance with the Xxxxx Fargo Tower Whole Loan Interim Servicing Agreement or the Greenwich Commercial Mortgage Trust 2003-C2 Pooling and Servicing Agreement, as applicable, (ii) the Mall at Millenia Mortgage Loan, the equivalent status report prepared by the 2003-IQ4 Master Servicer and (iii) the Geneva Commons Mortgage Loan, the equivalent status report prepared by the GMACCM 2003-C2 Master Servicer.

  • CREFC® Delinquent Loan Status Report A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Delinquent Loan Status Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or no later than 90 days after its adoption, such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Comparative Financial Status Report The monthly report in "Comparative Financial Status Report" format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "Comparative Financial Status Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, is reasonably acceptable to the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable.

  • CREFC® Comparative Financial Status Report The monthly report in “Comparative Financial Status Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Advance Recovery Report A monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Advance Recovery Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® NOI Adjustment Worksheet The worksheet in the “NOI Adjustment Worksheet” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Property File The data file in the “CREFC® Property File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Property File means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Property File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Loan Modification Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Modification Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Final Asset Status Report As defined in Section 3.24(a)(vi).

  • Comparative Financial Status Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Servicer Watch List means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Servicer Watch List" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Delinquent Loan Status Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA NOI Adjustment Worksheet A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "NOI Adjustment Worksheet" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be recommended by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and is acceptable to the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable, and in any event, shall present the computations made in accordance with the methodology described in such form to "normalize" the full year net operating income and debt service coverage numbers used in the other reports required by this Agreement.

  • CREFC® Loan Liquidation Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Liquidation Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report The monthly report in the “Operating Statement Analysis Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Servicer Watch List format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Operating Statement Analysis Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Loan Periodic Update File means the monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Periodic Update File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
