  • The Parties agree that it is the responsibility of each third- party LEC or CMRS provider to enter into arrangements with other LECs or CMRS providers to deliver Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic where CBT does not act as the PTC for the originating LEC.

  • Toll Traffic originating from a third party LEC or CMRS provider that is delivered to CLEC over the Transit Service.
