Closing Value definition

Closing Value means, as of a particular date, the value of a Share determined by the closing sales price for such Share (or the closing bid, if no sales were reported) as quoted on The New York Stock Exchange for the last market trading day prior to the date of determination, as reported in The Wall Street Journal or such other source as the Administrator deems reliable.
Closing Value means, with respect to an Index on any Trading Day, its Closing Level on that Trading Day, and with respect to a Fund on any Trading Day, its Fund Closing Price on that Trading Day.
Closing Value. : On any Index Business Day means the closing value of the S&P 500 Index or any Successor Index at the regular official weekday close of any and all relevant exchanges and/or markets. If no such closing value is available because of a Market Disruption Event or otherwise, the Calculation Agent will determine the Closing Value of the S&P 500 Index or any successor index on such date in accordance with the formula for and method of calculating the S&P 500 Index last in effect prior to the commencement of the Market Disruption Event using the Trading Price on such date of each security most recently constituting the S&P 500 Index. The determination of the Closing Value by the Calculation Agent on any Index Business Day as a result of the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event may be deferred by the Calculation Agent for up to five consecutive Index Business Days on which a Market Disruption Event is occurring.
