Clinical Trial Materials definition

Clinical Trial Materials means the Products and the placebo for each of these Products for use in Clinical Trials, whether in bulk, formulated or finished form and whether in existence at the Effective Time.
Clinical Trial Materials means any Product manufactured, packaged, and labeled as required by Applicable Law to be used as an investigational drug or placebo for use in the conduct of clinical trials in humans.
Clinical Trial Materials means the Investigational Product, competitor substances, the Protocol, the investigational drug brochure, informed consent form, guidelines for use of the Investigational Product, and all other materials provided by YM to conduct the Study.

Clinical Trial Materials means all data resulting from any pre-clinical study or Clinical Trial of the Compound generated by or for Chroma and all documentation relating thereto, including, without limitation, protocols, site related documentation, investigator brochures, investigational review board correspondence, data monitoring committee minutes and documentation, case report forms, clinical monitoring documents, data queries, data management plans and data monitoring plans.
Clinical Trial Materials means the Investigational Product, printed Case Report Forms, competitor substances, CRF monitoring conventions, the Protocol, the investigational drug brochure, informed consent form, guidelines for use of the Investigational Product, and all other materials provided by THE COMPANY to conduct the Study.
Clinical Trial Materials means materials used in the conduct of the Ongoing Trials or otherwise in the performance of Clinical Trial Services, including the Compound and Products packaged for use in the Ongoing Trials.
Clinical Trial Materials means clinical testing materials, including clinical supplies of the Product in appropriate containers, for use in Clinical Trials.
Clinical Trial Materials means Product and placebo to be used for Clinical Trials.
Clinical Trial Materials shall have the meaning specified in Exhibit B.
