Client or Client definition

Client or Client means an individual, referred by COUNTY or enrolled in CONTRACTOR’s program for services under the Agreement, who experiences chronic mental illness.

  • As between the Parties, Client owns and shall retain all right, title, and interest in and to any chemical inventory lists, safety data sheet content, and other data, in the form of documents or otherwise, provided or uploaded by Client or Client Affiliates in the course of its use of the Licensed Products or Company’s provision of the Professional Services (“Client Data”).

  • The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to the Client or Client Affiliates.

  • Client shall indemnify and hold Lanyon harmless from and against any action, suit or proceeding for infringement and/or misappropriation of intellectual property rights that arises or results from (i) any of the exclusions set forth in Section 7.3 above, (ii) any Client or Client user data or content, and (iii) any breach of Sections 3.1.5 or 3.1.6.

  • If two or more people are required to lift a piece of furniture, it may not be moved by Client or Client representatives.

  • Client guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, computer code, or artwork provided to Consultant for inclusion in this project are owned by Client, or Client has obtained sufficient permission to use such from a third party prior to providing Consultant access to the materials.

  • The Client means the organization purchasing the service.

  • End Client means the end client (if any) in respect of the project in connection with which the Supplier is providing its Services as a sub-contractor;

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Employer/Client means the procuring agency that signs the contract for the required services and goods with the selected/qualified Bidder/Contractor.

  • Customer relationship means a continuing relationship between a consumer and a licensee under which the licensee provides one or more insurance products or services to the consumer that are to be used primarily for personal, family or household purposes.

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates;

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Clients means the Janus Funds and other individual and institutional advisory clients of Janus.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Material Damage and “Materially damaged” means damage (w) resulting in the Property not complying with all legal requirements applicable to the Property, (x) reasonably exceeding $300,000 or (y) that entitles any tenant of the Property to terminate its Lease, or (z) which, in Buyer’s or Seller’s reasonable estimation, will take longer than 120 days to repair.

  • Procuring Agency or Client means the Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute & Research Center or any other person for the time being or from time to time duly appointed in writing by the Procuring Agency to act as Procuring Agency for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Client Materials means the CLIENT Development Materials and the CLIENT Production Materials.

  • Customer Affiliate means an entity that owns or controls, is owned or controlled by or is or under common control or ownership with Customer, where control is defined as the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of an entity, whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise;

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

  • Confidential Business Information means any internal, non-public information (other than Trade Secrets already addressed above) concerning the Employer’s financial position and results of operations (including revenues, assets, net income, etc.); annual and long-range business plans; product or service plans; marketing plans and methods; training, educational and administrative manuals; customer and supplier information and purchase histories; and employee lists. The provisions of Sections 6 and 7 shall also apply to protect Trade Secrets and Confidential Business Information of third parties provided to the Employer under an obligation of secrecy.

  • Sexual misconduct means any verbal, nonverbal, written, or electronic communication, or any other act directed toward or with a student that is designed to establish a sexual relationship with the student, including a sexual invitation, dating or soliciting a date, engaging in sexual dialogue, making sexually suggestive comments, self-disclosure or physical exposure of a sexual or erotic nature, and any other sexual, indecent, or erotic contact with a student.

  • Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;

  • Research misconduct means fabrication, falsification, or plagiarism in proposing, performing, or reviewing research, or in reporting research results. Research misconduct does not include honest error or differences of opinion. As used in this definition, (i) “fabrication” means making up data or results and recording or reporting them; (ii) “falsification” means manipulating research materials, equipment, or processes, or changing or omitting data or results such that the research is not accurately represented in the research record; and (iii) “plagiarism” means the appropriation of another person’s ideas, processes, results, or words without giving appropriate credit.

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Customer Confidential Information means any information or compilation of information, not generally known, which is provided to the Employer by its customers or potential customers, is proprietary to the customer or potential customer and relates to the customer’s or potential customer’s existing or reasonably foreseeable business. Information provided to the Employer by a customer or potential customer shall be treated as Customer Confidential Information.

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).
