class of Shares definition

class of Shares refers to the division of Shares into two or more classes as provided in Article III, Section 1 hereof;

class of Shares refer to each class of Shares into which the Shares of any Multi-Class Series may from time to time be divided in accordance with the provisions of Article III.

class of Shares means each class of shares of beneficial interest of the Fund designated pursuant to the Declaration of Trust.

Examples of class of Shares in a sentence

• No Shareholder shall be entitled, as a matter of right, to an appraisal by the Delaware Court of Chancery or otherwise of the fair value of the Shareholder’s Shares or to any other relief as a dissenting Shareholder in respect of any proposal or action involving the Trust or any class of Shares or otherwise.

• Net asset value per Share of each series or class of Shares of the Trust shall be determined at the times and in the manner specified from time to time by the Trustees.
