Class Invested Amount definition

Class Invested Amount means, with respect to any Class for any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Class Initial Investor Interest minus the sum of (a) the aggregate amount of payments of Certificate Principal paid to such Class of Investor Certificateholders, in each case prior to such Distribution Date, (b) the aggregate amount of Investor Losses of such Class not reimbursed prior to such Distribution Date and (c) the aggregate amount of losses of principal on investments of funds on deposit for the benefit of such Class in the Series Principal Funding Account, if applicable.
Class Invested Amount. For any Class of Notes on any date, an amount equal to (i) the sum of (A) the outstanding Note Balance of such Class, plus (B) the aggregate outstanding Note Balances of all Classes within the same Series that are senior to or pari passu with such Class on such date, divided by (ii) the Weighted Average CV Adjusted Advance Rate in respect of such Class (after giving effect to amounts collected on the Receivables as of such date).
Class Invested Amount means, with respect to any Class for any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Class Initial Investor Interest minus the sum of (a) the aggregate amount of Certificate Principal paid to the Investor Certificateholders of such Class prior to such Distribution Date (without duplication with respect to any amounts paid to such Class pursuant to Section 9(a)(12)), (b) the Investor Loss for such Class, if any, at the beginning of such Distribution Date and (c) the aggregate amount of losses on investments of principal of funds on deposit for the benefit of such Class in the Series Principal Funding Account.

Class Invested Amount means, with respect to any Class for any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Class Initial Investor Interest minus the sum of (a)(i) with respect to a Class that is subject to a Class Currency Swap, the aggregate amount of payments of Certificate Principal (in Dollars) deposited into the Currency Swap Dollar Escrow Account for payment to the Currency Swap Counterparty for the benefit of such Class, or, in the event of a Currency Swap Termination, converted into Foreign Currency by the Trustee at the then prevailing spot exchange rate in New York for payment to the Investor Certificateholders of such Class or (ii) with respect to a Class that is not subject to a Class Currency Swap, the aggregate amount of payments of Certificate Principal paid to such Class of Investor Certificateholders, in each case prior to such Distribution Date, (b) the aggregate amount of Investor Losses of such Class not reimbursed prior to such Distribution Date and (c) the aggregate amount of losses of principal on investments of funds on deposit for the benefit of such Class in the Series Principal Funding Account, if applicable.
Class Invested Amount means the Series Invested Amount.
Class Invested Amount with respect to any Class of any Series shall have the meaning specified in the applicable Series Supplement.
